SFDC Web Site definition

SFDC Web Site means the HTML, Java, PL/SQL, C, C++ and other software code and associated data and files used by SFDC to operate any Web Site controlled by SFDC at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx as of the Effective Date, and all major and minor modifications, additions to, and deletions from such Web Site, or any successor or substitute Web Site therefor, that are made during the term of this Agreement.

  • Promptly following the Effective Date, SFDC shall commence development of a localizable version of the Software and the SFDC Web Site in consultation with Licensee and in accordance with one or more Statements of Work to be executed by SFDC and Licensee and incorporated herein.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Hosted Software means Samsara’s web-based software platform, including the interface accessed online at cloud.samsara.com.

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Open video system means an open video system authorized pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 573 and, for
