SFD Services definition

  • It is understood and agreed that, from time to time, certain tasks forming a part of the SFD Services to be provided by the Executive to the Corporation will require that personnel of the Corporation be made available to the Executive, to be assigned to such tasks as may be determined by the Executive, acting in his sole discretion.
