SEZ enterprise definition

SEZ enterprise means an SEZ enterprise as defined in section 1 of the Customs Control Act to the extent to which it is carried on in a customs 50
SEZ enterprise. ’ means an enterprise within a special economic zone or part of a special economic zone designated in terms of section 43(2)(c) as a customs controlled area;
