Sewer Use Ordinance definition

Sewer Use Ordinance means a separate and companion enactment to this Ordinance, which regulates the connection to and use of public and private sewers.
Sewer Use Ordinance or "SUO" means the POTW or control authority organization ordinance providing the legal authority for administering the pretreatment program;
Sewer Use Ordinance means the ordinance (or other legislative enactments) meeting the requirements of the Regulations and enacted and enforced in each jurisdiction served by the Project.

  • Upon completion of the review of the sewer use ordinance(s), the Permittee shall submit two (2) copies of a completed “Certification of Sewer Use Ordinance Review”, one (1) with original signatures.
