Sewer Use Charge definition

Sewer Use Charge means the fees billed to all customers attached to the public sewer for support of the costs of the sewage works. The user charges supply funds to cover the costs of operation and maintenance, debt service, replacement and administrative services.
Sewer Use Charge. The Sewer Use Charge for West Manchester Township is $3.75/1,000 gallons until the third anniversary of the Effective Date (“Freeze Period”) and thereafter determined in accordance with Article VII.

Examples of Sewer Use Charge in a sentence

  • The quarterly bills shall be calculated by multiplying the annual Sewer Use Charge by the actual quarterly flow.

  • In the event of a dispute as to the annual Sewer Use Charge or ofany amount billed to PAWC, the parties may resolve any disputed annual amount or portion of a bill pursuant to the dispute resolution provisions ofArticle VI, Section 7 ofthis Agreement PAWC shall pay any portion of any bill not in dispute, pending resolution ofthe disputed amount.

  • Promptly upon each end ofyear determination of the annual Sewer Use Charge, the Township shall submit its determination and copies ofany and all records and documents used by the Township in arriving at the amount of the annual Sewer Use Charge to PAWC.

  • Exclusive of the Sewer Use Charge or any CoL Surcharge, which are set solely by the terms of this Agreement, the then-current rules and regulations established by Pennsylvania- American from time to time as approved by the PaPUC.

  • Quarterly Sewer Use Charges will be invoiced in the amount of one-fourth ofthe total annual Sewer Use Charge to PAWC.

  • Sadsbury Township shall bill PAWC for a quarterly Sewer Use Charge for the cost of conveyance of wastewater from the Development and West ▇▇▇▇ Connections through Sadsbury Township's wastewater system.

  • In the event of a dispute as to the annual Sewer Use Charge or ofany amount billed to PAWC, the parties may resolve any disputed annual amount or portion ofa bill pursuant to the dispute resolution provisions of ARTICLE VII, Section 6 of this Conveyance Agreement.

  • Quarterly Sewer Use Charges will be invoiced to PAWC in the amount detennined by multiplying the annual Sewer Use Charge by the actual quarterly flow.

  • In addition to the annual Sewer Use Charge, PAWC will be responsible to pay to Sadsbury Township PAWC’s proportionate share (F1/F2) ofcapital costs, inducting without limitation, engineering, legal and administrative costs, incurred by Sadsbury Township for capital upgrades and/or replacement of the commonly used wastewater facilities at such time in the future as such replacement shall be necessary.

Related to Sewer Use Charge

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Electricity Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of electricity.

  • Bond Service Charges means principal, including mandatory sinking fund requirements for retirement of obligations, and interest, and redemption premium, if any, required to be paid by the authority on obligations.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the room charge, and reimbursement of the assessment as allowed in section 6.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;
