Sewer Revenue Fund definition

Sewer Revenue Fund means the Sewer Revenue Fund established and held by the City separate from its other funds and accounts for receipts and disbursements in connection with the City’s wastewater system, as such fund is constituted as of the date hereof, or such successor funds or accounts of the City as may be used to account for or receive assets or revenues currently accounted for or received in, the Sewer Revenue Fund.

Sewer Revenue Fund means all enterprise funds of the District in which Gross Revenues relating to the Sewer System are deposited and held in trust and includes without limitation the District accounts designated by the District as Sewer Revenues General Ledger 301-4080-19901-000 – Sewer Service Charge – Residential and 301-4080-19921-000 – Sewer Service Charges – Commercial, together with other current accounts into which Sewer Revenues are deposited and any accounts created in the future and designated by action of the Board of Directors as a part of the Sewer Revenue Fund.

Sewer Revenue Fund as used in this section means the Sewer Revenue Fund heretofore established into which revenues from the sewer system have been paid, and said fund has been, is and shall be derived from “revenues.”

Related to Sewer Revenue Fund

  • Revenue Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

  • Revenue Account means the Revenue Account established pursuant to the Resolution. “Revenues” means the Pledged Receipts and Recoveries of Principal.

  • Debt Service Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

  • Operating Revenues means, for any, period, the gross revenues arising from the ownership and operation of the Properties during such period, including proceeds of any business interruption or rental loss insurance and amounts released from reserves, but specifically excluding Capital Proceeds, Capital Contributions and proceeds of Indebtedness.

  • CAISO Revenues means the net amount resulting from (a) the credits and other payments received by Buyer, as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator, as a result of test energy from the Project delivered by Seller during the Test Period, including revenues associated with CAISO dispatches and (b) the debits, costs, penalties and interest that are directly assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO Global Resource ID for the Project for, or attributable to, scheduling and deliveries from the Project under this Agreement, which amount may result in a negative or positive value.

  • Principal Reserve Fund The separate Eligible Account created and initially maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 3.08 in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated "The Bank of New York in trust for registered Holders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-22". Funds in the Principal Reserve Fund shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement.

  • Excess Funds Subaccount is defined in Section 8.02(a) of the Indenture.

  • Surplus funds means, at any given date, the excess of cash and other recognized assets that are expected to be resolved into cash or its equivalent in the natural course of events and with a reasonable certainty, over the liabilities and necessary reserves at the same date.

  • Yield Reserve means, on any date, an amount equal to: (a) the Capital at the close of business of the Servicer on such date multiplied by (b)(i) the Yield Reserve Percentage on such date divided by (ii) 100% minus the Yield Reserve Percentage on such date.

  • Cash Reserve Account means an Eligible Deposit Account established in the name of the Trust and designated as the Cash Reserve Account for the purposes hereof, the balance of which shall be subject to the control of the Trust for the benefit of the Trust and the Seller and applied in accordance with the terms hereof, which account shall bear interest and shall initially be account number [*], maintained at [*];

  • Gross Sales Proceeds with respect to each sale of Shares shall be the Gross Sales Price multiplied by the number of Shares sold;

  • Gross Revenues means all amounts actually collected as rents or other charges for the use and occupancy of the Properties, but shall exclude interest and other investment income of Owner and proceeds received by Owner for a sale, exchange, condemnation, eminent domain taking, casualty or other disposition of assets of Owner.

  • Class B Available Funds means, with respect to any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class B Floating Percentage of the Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections and (b) if such Monthly Period relates to a Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Class B Floating Percentage of the Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds, if any, with respect to such Distribution Date.

  • Cash Reserve means for any Financed Receivable which has been paid in full during a Monthly Period, the amount by which the amount(s) paid on such Financed Receivable exceeds the Advance made on such Financed Receivable.

  • Gross Rooms Revenue means all revenues derived from the sale or rental of Guest Rooms (both transient and permanent) of the Hotel, including revenue derived from the redemption of points or rewards under the loyalty programs in which the Hotel participates, amounts attributable to breakfast (where the guest room rate includes breakfast), Mandatory Guest Fees, late cancellation fees, and guaranteed no- show revenue and credit transactions, whether or not collected, at the actual rates charged, less allowances for any Guest Room rebates and overcharges, and will not include taxes collected directly from patrons or guests. Group booking rebates, if any, paid by you or on your behalf to third-party groups for group stays must be included in, and not deducted from, the calculation of Gross Rooms Revenue.

  • Carryover Reserve Fund The separate Eligible Account created and initially maintained by the Trustee pursuant to Section 4.08 in the name of the Trustee for the benefit of the Certificateholders and designated "The Bank of New York in trust for registered holders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2001-3". Funds in the Carryover Reserve Fund shall be held in trust for the Certificateholders for the uses and purposes set forth in this Agreement.

  • Tax increment revenues means the amount of ad valorem property taxes and specific local taxes attributable to the application of the levy of all taxing jurisdictions upon the captured assessed value of real and personal property in the zone. Tax increment revenues do not include any of the following:

  • Group 1 Available Funds As to any Distribution Date, the sum of (a) the aggregate amount held in the Collection Account at the close of business on the related Servicer Remittance Date and, without duplication, on deposit in the Distribution Account at the close of business of the related Distribution Account Deposit Date, attributable to the Group 1 Mortgage Loans net of (i) the Amount Held for Future Distribution related to the Group 1 Mortgage Loans, (ii) amounts related to the Group 1 Mortgage Loans permitted to be withdrawn from the Collection Account pursuant to clauses (i)-(viii) inclusive and clauses (ix)(a)(ii) and (iii), (ix)(b), (x) and (xi) of Section 3.10(a), (iii) after giving effect to all amounts deposited to the Distribution Account from the Collection Account, amounts related to the Group 1 Mortgage Loans permitted to be withdrawn from the Distribution Account pursuant to clauses (i)-(iv) inclusive of Section 3.10(b), and (iv) any Fair Market Value Excess, (b) the amount of the related Advances related to the Group 1 Mortgage Loans and (c) in connection with Defective Mortgage Loans in Loan Group 1, as applicable, the aggregate of the Purchase Prices and Substitution Adjustment Amounts deposited on the related Distribution Account Deposit Date.

  • Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account The Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account established and maintained pursuant to Section 4.10.
