sewer lines definition

sewer lines means the sewer lines and related appurtenances such as manholes, and other appurtenances, as shown on Applicant’s Approved Plans; provided, however, the term “sewer lines” shall not under any circumstances, include private service lines, under drains or storm drains.
sewer lines means the private sewer system located on the Property for the purpose of conveying sewerage from the Buildings and the Club House to the municipal sewer system maintained by the City of Belfast, comprised of piping, manholes, tanks, pump stations and related apparatus and equipment.
sewer lines shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
