Sevicer shall include the master servicer for a Loan of whom the Company has been notified, as well as any servicer acting on behalf of the master servicer of whom the Company has been notified. References in this Policy to a Servicer's obligations will not be construed as relieving the Insured or its designee of responsibility for the Servicer's performance.
