Severance Letter definition

Severance Letter means that certain letter agreement, dated as of December 16, 2020, by and between WSI and the Designated Executive.

  • In consideration of Employee’s execution of and abiding by this Agreement, Employee will be eligible to participate in the Tier I Severance Plan, consistent with the terms of the Severance Letter, and the Company has agreed to continue Employee’s employment on an at-will basis.

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company, and replaces all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement and all related matters; it being understood that the Severance Letter and all other agreements incorporated herein by reference shall remain in effect in accordance with their terms.

  • You will be eligible to receive your 2025 Bonus and 2026 Bonus unless you voluntarily resign your employment without Good Reason, or your employment is terminated by the Company for Cause under your Severance Letter, prior to the earlier of the applicable bonus payment date or the Separation Date.

Related to Severance Letter

  • Severance Agreement means the Key Executive Severance Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between the parties, as it may be amended from time to time, that provides for certain benefits related to termination of the Executive’s employment that are unrelated to a Change of Control.

  • Severance means the complete separation and dismemberment of the part from the body.

  • Severance Compensation means the compensation set forth in (i), (ii), and (iv) above.

  • Severance Plan means any severance plan maintained by the Company that is applicable to the Participant.

  • Severance Benefits mean the payment of severance compensation as provided in Section 2.3 herein.
