Renewable energy means the grid quality electricity generated from renewable energy sources;

Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.

Logistics means the process of lifting coal from mines, bulk transportation and shall include loading and unloading at various points as may be necessary to effect the transportation as defined in Clause 2.0 Vol.-III, Scope of Work. Renewable Energy Source means an energy source that is not fossil carbon-based, non- renewable or radioactive, and may include solar, wind, biomass, geothermal, landfill gas, or wave, tidal and thermal ocean technologies, and includes a Certified Renewable Energy Source.
Natural gas company ’ means a person engaged in the transportation of natural gas in interstate commerce, or the sale in inter- state commerce of such gas for resale.
