Settlement Services definition
Settlement Services. : shall mean the services of clearing and settlement (Net settlement) and/or settlement on a gross basis (Gross settlement) managed by a company authorized by Bank of Italy, in agreement with Consob, pursuant to article 69, paragraph 1, of the CLF or by a Foreign Entity indicated in the Instructions.
Settlement Services means any services offered and activities performed by an authorised user, a participant or a clearing member in terms of the relevant rules to facilitate settlement of transactions in securities;
Settlement Services means the provision of title, closing, escrow or search-related services for residential real estate transactions and all other mortgage-related transactions (including, without limitation, first mortgage loans, second mortgage loans, home equity lines of credit, other home equity loans and refinance transactions), including the issuance of title insurance policy (including title search procedures), property tax tracking service and closing escrow service; provided, however, that Settlement Services shall not include, by way of example, credit review services, appraisal review services or flood zone determinations for properties.
Examples of Settlement Services in a sentence
The Group may from time to time request the Finance Company to provide Settlement Services to them pursuant to the Financial Framework Agreement.
The fees charged by the Finance Company for the provision of such Settlement Services will not be more the rate charged by any third party on any member of the Group for the same type of services.
