Settlement Point Price definition

Settlement Point Price has the meaning set forth for such term in Section 2 of the ERCOT Protocols. “TDU” shall mean Oncor.
Settlement Point Price means the price for a given Settlement Interval at the Settlement Point.
Settlement Point Price means a price calculated for a Settlement Point for each Settlement Interval using LMP data and the formulas detailed in ERCOT Nodal Protocols Section 4.6, DAM Settlement, and ERCOT Nodal Protocols Section 6.6, Settlement Calculations for the Real-Time Energy Operations.

Examples of Settlement Point Price in a sentence

  • The Index Energy Price shall be the hourly Load Zone Settlement Point Price established in the Real-Time Market as those terms are defined in the ERCOT Protocols in which such ESI ID is located.

  • The price for the purchase of non- firm energy under this Agreement shall be at the applicable ERCOT Settlement Point Price (“SPP”) (“Contract Price”).

  • In the event the Settlement Point Price falls below $0.00 for a given Settlement Interval, Seller shall curtail the Facility output (“Economic Curtailment”).

Related to Settlement Point Price

  • Settlement Price means the official closing level of the relevant Underlying Reference;

  • Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;

  • Delivery Point ; shall mean the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Delivery Point(s) means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.
