More Definitions of Settlement Offer

Settlement Offer means a notice setting out the payment amount that the Receiver is prepared to accept in settlement of the applicable Receiver’s Claim which payment amount, for greater certainty, can be less than or equal to the amount of the applicable Receiver’s Claim;
