Settlement Benefit definition

Settlement Benefit means the benefits provided to Settlement Class Members as set forth in Part IV of this Agreement.

Settlement Benefit means each Settlement Class Member’s share of the Net Settlement Fund.

Settlement Benefit means the monetary payment described in Section II, available to Settlement Class Members who submit a timely and valid Claim Form.

Examples of Settlement Benefit in a sentence

• If the last day of each of the periods as set out in the Early Settlement Benefit Table is not a working day (as defined in section 2(1) of the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance), the said day shall fall on the next working day.

• Once all details are confirmed, the Vendor will pay the Early Settlement Benefit to the purchaser through the vendor’s solicitor.

• The Vendor will pay the Early Settlement Benefit to the Purchaser within 14 days after the Vendor has received the written application and duly verified the relevant information, including the payment by the Purchaser of the full amount of purchase price.

• The Vendor will pay the Early Settlement Benefit to the Purchaser within 45 days after the Vendor has received the notification and duly verified the information.

• The resulting ratio will be multiplied by the Net Settlement Fund to determine each Settlement Class Member’s Settlement Benefit.

More Definitions of Settlement Benefit

Settlement Benefit means a Cash Payment and Coupon, as further described in Section 3 of this Agreement.

Settlement Benefit means the Cash Benefit, Cash Repeat Purchaser Benefit, Credit Benefit, and Credit Repeat Purchaser Benefit distributed to Settlement Class Members who submit timely and valid Claim Forms in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Settlement Benefit means the monetary payment described in Section III, available to Settlement Class Members who submit a timely and valid Claim Form.

Settlement Benefit means payments made to Valid Claimants pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Settlement Benefit means the Settlement Fund and the costs of class notice and claims administration.

Settlement Benefit means the benefit obtained by any Settlement Member through the Reimbursement Remedy, the Loss at Resale Remedy, the In-Kind Remedy (or the Indemnity in lieu of thereof) or the Supplemental Compensation, as the case may be (“Bénéfice du règlement”).

Settlement Benefit means the monetary relief available to Settlement Class Members for submitting a Valid Claim under this Agreement.
