Settlement Approval Notice means the notice advising that the Settlement has been approved and describing how Class Members can participate in the distribution of the Settlement Benefits. The Parties’ proposed short form Settlement Approval Notice and long form Settlement Approval Notice are attached hereto as Appendix “D” and Appendix “E”, respectively.

Settlement Approval Notice means the proposed written notice to be approved by the Court in the Settlement Approval Order and to be published in accordance with Section V of this Agreement, substantially in the form attached as Schedule “A” of the Settlement Approval Order.
