SETI Products means products manufactured by SETI or on SETI’s behalf, which incorporate one or more EPIR Products or EPIR Independent Products.

  • Upon receipt of the suggested price points from this organization, the Parties agree to develop pricing for the EPIR Products, the EPIR Independent Products and the related SETI Products that will be equally beneficial and equally profitable to both EPIR and SETI.

  • SETI shall have responsibility for responding to all complaints, and for promptly providing EPIR with a copy of any responses to complaints, relating to the SETI Products, EPIR Products or EPIR Independent Products, including but not limited to complaints from competitors regarding promotional activities by SETI.

  • SETI further warrants that it has obtained (or will obtain prior to producing SETI Products), and will remain in compliance with during the Term, all permits, licenses and other authorizations (the “Permits”) which are required under federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations applicable to the marketing, distribution and sale of the EPIR Products, the EPIR Independent Products and the SETI Products.

  • The City Administrator is appointed by the Mayor, with the approval of a majority of the Board of Aldermen and serves at the pleasure of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen.

  • EPIR makes no representation or warranty with respect to the sale, marketing, distribution or use of the EPIR Products, EPIR Independent Products, or the SETI Products or to printed materials specified by SETI or its consignee.

  • Finished Products means the fully assembled and shrink-wrapped Licensed Products, each including a Game Cartridge, Game Cartridge label and Printed Materials.

  • Competing Products means any product or service in existence or under development that competes with any product or service of the Company Group about which the Participant obtained Confidential Information or for which the Participant provided advisory services or had sales, origination, marketing, production, distribution, research or development responsibilities in the last twenty-four (24) months of employment with the Company Group.

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • the Products means all products and associated documentation to be supplied under this Contract;

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Licensed Services means all functions performed by the Licensed System.

  • End Products as used in this clause, means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired for public use under this contract.

  • Your Products means products developed or to be developed by or for You that include an Intel Component executing the Materials. 2.

  • Aerosol product means a pressurized spray system that dispenses product ingredients by means of a propellant contained in a product or a product's container, or by means of a mechanically induced force. “Aerosol Product” does not include “Pump Spray.”

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.

  • Licensed Field means all fields of use.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.
