SES Price List definition

SES Price List means the document that details the prices and charges for the Product as set out in Schedule 5 which may be updated from time to time by NBI and published on NBI’s website in accordance with the NBP Agreement and Clause 27 of this Agreement. “Subsidiary” “Standard Delivery” “Technical Manual” means a company in respect of which another company, its holding company (i) holds a majority of the voting rights in it, (ii) is a member of it and has the right to appoint or remove a majority of its board of directors, or (iii) is a member of it and controls alone, pursuant to an agreement with other members, a majority of the voting rights in it, or if it is a subsidiary of a company that is itself a subsidiary of that other company. Means delivery of services as per published process and pricing. means the technical document describing the InterConnect and Symmetric Ethernet Service Products. “Third Party” “UNI” “VUA” means any individual, company, firm, partnership, competent regulatory authority association or body corporate other than the Parties to this Agreement, or a Party to this Agreement acting in any capacity other than a capacity in which it enters into this Agreement. means User Network Interface. means Virtual Unbundled Access. “Working Day” means 08:00 – 20:00, during any Working Day other than Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays as defined in the Second Schedule to the Organisation of Working Time Act, 1997.

  • Price List means any price list(s) issued by SAP for the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model setting out the available software, services and the prices or fees as further defined in the in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Price List Item means those SAP Cloud Services that are identified in the Solution Exhibit of this Agreement. The Parties may include additional Price List Items by written agreement.

  • Maximum Trade Price means the highest Spot Price of the Shares (subject to any adjustment to such Spot Price as may be necessary to reflect any event as contemplated in Product Condition 3 such as capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or the like) during the MCE Valuation Period;

  • List Price means the list of prices of the Goods maintained by the Seller as amended from time to time;

  • Quotes Base means Quotes Flow information stored on the Server.

  • Ordering Catalog means the electronic listing of items and their corresponding Contract unit prices available for ordering under this contract.

  • Minimum Trade Price means the lowest Spot Price of the Shares (subject to any adjustment to such Spot Price as may be necessary to reflect any event as contemplated in Product Condition 3 such as capitalisation, rights issue, distribution or the like) during the MCE Valuation Period;

  • Extended Summer Resource Price Adder means, for Delivery Years through May 31, 2018, an addition to the marginal value of Unforced Capacity as necessary to reflect the price of Annual Resources and Extended Summer Demand Resources required to meet the applicable Minimum Extended Summer Resource Requirement.

  • Initial Reference Pricei means as specified in the above table at item 15 (A) (i);

  • Supply Price has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • Day-ahead Loss Price means the Loss Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • Closing Sales Price means, for any security as of any date, the last sales price of such security on the principal trading market where such security is listed or traded as reported by Bloomberg Financial Markets (or a comparable reporting service of national reputation selected by the Corporation and reasonably acceptable to the Majority Holders if Bloomberg Financial Markets is not then reporting closing sales prices of such security) (collectively, “Bloomberg”), or if the foregoing does not apply, the last reported sales price of such security on a national exchange or in the over-the-counter market on the electronic bulletin board for such security as reported by Bloomberg, or, if no such price is reported for such security by Bloomberg, the average of the bid prices of all market makers for such security as reported in the “pink sheets” by the National Quotation Bureau, Inc., in each case for such date or, if such date was not a trading day for such security, on the next preceding date that was a trading day. If the Closing Sales Price cannot be calculated for such security as of either of such dates on any of the foregoing bases, the Closing Sales Price of such security on such date shall be the fair market value as reasonably determined by an investment banking firm selected by the Corporation and reasonably acceptable to the Majority Holders, with the costs of such appraisal to be borne by the Corporation.

  • MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.

  • Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.
