Servicios Company the meaning set forth in the Recitals. Servicios Company Securities: any shares of capital stock or other equity interests in, or securities of, the Servicios Company or any securities, rights or obligations convertible into, exchangeable for or exercisable to acquire any securities of the Servicios Company.
