Servicing Equipment definition

Servicing Equipment all Equipment used in the servicing and/or administering of Contracts, including specifically, but without limitation, Equipment consisting of computers, computer hardware, and office furniture, fixtures and equipment. Servicing Fee - any fee payable to Borrower by any Person as compensation to Borrower under the Contribution and Servicing Agreements for the servicing and/or administering of Contracts and other installment or similar obligations. Subsidiary - any corporation of which a Person owns, directly or indirectly through one or more intermediaries, more than 50% of the Voting Stock at the time of determination.
