Examples of SERVICES shall in a sentence

  • The GOODS shall be delivered, carriage and duty paid, to ASTELLAS’ place of business or to such other place of delivery as is specified by ASTELLAS in writing in the PURCHASE ORDER prior to delivery of the GOODS and all SERVICES shall be performed at the time and place as specified in the CONTRACT.
