Serviced Property definition

Serviced Property means the following: – A fully furnished and equipped property, accessed by corridors, stairwells and any common part of the building, inclusive of gas, electricity, water, drainage and sewerage, Council Tax, TV licence, a weekly or fortnightly cleaning and linen service. Please bear in mind that the following house rules are to create an enjoyable atmosphere for everyone and to maintain the quality and standard of our properties and service. These house rules are not aimed at the majority who will peacefully and respectfully enjoy our properties. We have put significant work into creating a great space for you to enjoy and we politely request your respect.
Serviced Property means a Property determined by the Director, in their sole

  • The Manager shall not undertake any activity that would (a) violate any applicable Law in any material respect that would result in adverse consequences for the Partnership Group or any Serviced Property or (b) violate, in any material respect, any contracts, leases, orders, security instruments and other agreements to which, to the Manager’s knowledge, a member of the Partnership Group is bound.

  • The District may provide additional Services to a Serviced Property if the Owner of the Serviced Property requests additional Services for an additional Dwelling Unit, for a different size of Residual Waste Collection Container or for excess Residual Garbage.

  • Covered Property is the address stated on your Agreement Coverage Summary Page. • “Domestic-grade” Items are those that were designated by the manufacturer, manufactured and marketed solely for installation and use in a residential single family dwelling.

  • Transferred Property shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.1(a) hereof.

  • Developed Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property for which Building Permits were issued on or before May 1 of the prior Fiscal Year, provided that such Assessor's Parcels were created on or before January 1 of the prior Fiscal Year and that each such Assessor's Parcel is associated with a Lot, as determined reasonably by the Board.

  • Mortgaged Property shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Custodial property means an interest in property transferred to a custodian under this act and the income from, and proceeds of, that interest in property.

  • Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan means the Mortgage Loan during the period it is serviced by the Special Servicer following a Servicing Transfer Event.

  • Blighted property means property that meets any of the following criteria:

  • Released Mortgaged Property Proceeds As to any Mortgage Loan, proceeds received by the Servicer in connection with (a) a taking of an entire Mortgaged Property by exercise of the power of eminent domain or condemnation or (b) any release of part of the Mortgaged Property from the lien of the related Mortgage, whether by partial condemnation, sale or otherwise, which are not released to the Mortgagor in accordance with applicable law and mortgage servicing standards the Servicer would use in servicing mortgage loans for its own account and this Agreement.

  • Securitization Property means the property described in section 10j.

  • Additional Mortgaged Property shall have the meaning provided in Section 8.11(a).

  • Insured Property means the vessel, including the power units, accessories and equipment. “Parasailing” means using your vessel to tow a person in a device designed for flight. “Waterskiing” means using your vessel to tow a person on water skis or flotation devices.

  • Serviced Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan that is not an Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan.

  • Subserviced Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that, at the time of reference thereto, is subject to a Subservicing Agreement.
