Service Rights definition

Service Rights means any agreements, contracts, rights, licenses or other interests of any type (whether exclusive or non-exclusive) granted or given to any Person to provide any products or services to or for or with respect to the Property or any part thereof, any occupants of the Property or any part thereof, including any of the same related to telecommunications, internet products or services, including, but not limited to, personal computer hardware and software, internet hardware and software, internet access services, printers, video display systems, audio sound systems and communication telephonic devices, as well as related and complementary products and services and any substitutes for, and items that are a technological evolution of, any of the foregoing products.
Service Rights means any agreements, contracts, rights, licenses or other interests of any type (whether exclusive or non-exclusive) granted or given to any Person by Borrower, or Guarantor or any Affiliate of any of the foregoing to provide any products or services to or for or with respect to any Property, any tenant or any occupants of any Property, including any services provided to any tenant or occupant of any Property and including any of the same related to telecommunications, internet products or services, including, but not limited to, personal computer hardware and software, internet hardware and software, internet access services, printers, video display systems, audio sound systems and communication telephonic devices, as well as related and complementary products and services and any substitutes for, and items that are a technological evolution of, any of the foregoing products; provided, that “Service Rights” shall not be deemed to include (i) any agreements to provide any products and services typically provided in the ordinary course of business in connection with the management of retail and distribution facilities such as any Property, including without limitation, janitorial or cleaning, building security, extermination and plot control, elevator repair and maintenance or other building operation and maintenance services and services provided in connection with the retail operations solely to the extent any such agreement is not an Affiliate Agreement or an agreement pursuant to which any Affiliate of Borrower receives any benefit or (ii) any agreement that is terminable by Borrower without cause upon no more than 30 days notice.

  • Objective 2: Successful Install Monthly Percentage per Service: Rights and Remedies Per Occurrence: Objective 1: Individual Service Requests: 50 percent of installation fee credited to Customer for any missed committed objective.

  • One further transmission by means of the Channel 4 Service Rights ( and the accompanying Catch Up TV Rights in respect of the further transmission) within 7 consecutive days after 24:00 of the date of each transmission by means of the Channel 4 Service Rights.

  • E4 Service Rights The right to communicate the Programme(s) (including without limitation any Streams) to the public within the Territory on the E4 Service by means of any Distribution System(s), including without limitation any simulcast or substantial simulcast of the E4 Service via any Distribution System(s) (whether or not such simulcast features any blanked out programmes and/or different advertising and/or sponsorship and any consequential changes therefrom).

  • If any provision of this Memorandum is in conflict with Federal Executive Orders 11246 and 11375, as amended, the Civil Service Rights Act of 1964, and all laws and rules relating to the Commonwealth's Equal Employment Opportunity Program, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, the provisions of aforementioned Orders, laws and implementing regulations shall prevail.

  • The Monthly Capacity Charge for the following Month will be estimated as one (1) divided by the Service Term (expressed in Months with a maximum of 12 Months) multiplied by the LNG Truck Loading Service Rights during the relevant Contract Year multiplied by the applicable Regulated Tariff.

  • Except as set forth on Schedule 7.27, no Service Rights have been granted to any Person by or from any Loan Party or Expanded Property Owner.


More Definitions of Service Rights

Service Rights means rights that are subject to service related Vesting Conditions.
Service Rights means the rights accruing to regular employees through Departmental, Divisional or Job Service, which entitles them to preferences provided for in this Agreement. An employee who resigns from the City or is discharged for cause shall lose all service rights.
