Service Results definition

Service Results means the results of the grading, testing, analyzing, sorting, and examining Services performed by GIA with respect to an Article in whatever form or format such results are made available or provided (e.g., printed documents, cards, labels, electronically, etc.).
Service Results means any information, statistics, results, feeds, graphs, analysis and reports computed and generated by and from the DNS Flex Services or Cloud Services;
Service Results means any and all conclusions and information on which the same are based, developed in the provision of the Service, including compilations, notes, data and reports. Service Results do not include Background Intellectual Property, nor intellectual property developed by or utilized by the University in the provision of the Service, the Client acquiring no interest in, or right to use, any such intellectual property as a result of this Agreement. "Background Intellectual Property" means proprietary or confidential information of the University to facilitate the Services and includes methods, techniques, processes or computer codes or other background intellectual property utilized by the University for the conduct of the Services, and which may or may not be required in order to practice the Service Results.

  • If you have already paid for the Services, then GIA will, where applicable, (a) include the Service Results with the Article and (b) make available a Report via Report Check.

  • From time to time, GIA may (i) offer new Services, new Reports and new ways to provide Service Results and (ii) discontinue, modify and change certain Services, Reports and how Service Results are provided.

  • Avowed happiness as an overall assessment of the quality of life.

  • At the time you deliver or ship an Article to GIA, you will specify the Services and the format of the Service Results that you desire with respect to that Article, subject to GIA providing Service Results in such format.

  • A signed parent Medication Authorization Form and a copy of the prescription must be returned to the office.

  • If you have not paid for the Services, then GIA may return the Article without the Service Results or a corresponding Report being available on Report Check and upon receipt of payment from you, GIA will provide to you the applicable Service Results and if applicable make the Report available via Report Check.

  • PURPOSE: All patients seeking health care services at Corewell Health NHSC & MSLRP sites are assured that they will be served regardless of ability to pay.

  • You will not use the Service Results or a Report for any Article other than the Article described in the corresponding Service Results or Report.


More Definitions of Service Results

Service Results means the materials, results, PRIMA Improvements and the deliverables which are created, discovered or developed as a result of CT’s performance of the Services but not including CT Improvements;
Service Results means the physical samples of one or more [***] which are developed and delivered to the Client pursuant to this Agreement. Sequence documentation, computer records and any other documentation related to the Services will be promptly provided to the Client but are explicitly excluded from the Service Results. Service Results do not include intellectual property relating to processes or methods developed by or utilized by the University in the provision of the Service, including but not limited to the University Background IP listed in Schedule “C” and the Methods described in Schedule “A”. Subject to Section 6.2, the Client is acquiring no interest in, or right to use, any such intellectual property as a result of this Agreement.
Service Results has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 5.3;
Service Results means tangible results or service deliverables which are generated during the course of the Services.
Service Results means any and all the Results that are conceived, created, developed, implemented or presented in any tangible form by the Employee independently or together with others during his/her employment with the Company (including any time of employment prior to the date of this Agreement), provided that they meet at least one of the following two conditions: English Translation
Service Results means any and all information, data or conclusions generated or developed from the rendition by the UNIVERSITY of the Services to the CLIENT, including, but not limited to, data, reports, notes, compilations and other materials relating to the results of the Services and which information, data or conclusions shall be prepared in writing by the UNIVERSITY through the PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR and submitted by the UNIVERSITY to the CLIENT. The Service Results do not include intellectual property developed by or utilized by the UNIVERSITY in the provision of the Services, with the CLIENT acquiring no interest in, or right to use, any such intellectual property by reason of this Agreement. Neither shall Service Results include intellectual property developed by the CLIENT in the connection with its use of the coated tools,, with none of the UNIVERSITY and the PRINCIPAL INVESTIGATOR acquiring interest in, or right to use, any such intellectual property by reason of this Agreement.

Related to Service Results

  • Project Results means all data and results of the Project.

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • Results means any information, documentation, designs, technical drawings, software (system and application software), algorithms, elaborated design data, technical or industrial data, tools, knowledge, know-how, trade secrets, equipment and services process, methodology, and any intellectual property therein, regardless of their support and whether or notprotected byan intellectual property right, developed, created or acquired by one Party during the execution of the Contract. The Results shall become the exclusive property of Purchaser as and when they are created or developed.

  • Category 4 Data is data that is confidential and requires special handling due to statutes or regulations that require especially strict protection of the data and from which especially serious consequences may arise in the event of any compromise of such data. Data classified as Category 4 includes but is not limited to data protected by: the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Pub. L. 104-191 as amended by the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act of 2009 (HITECH), 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164; the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), 20 U.S.C. §1232g; 34 CFR Part 99; Internal Revenue Service Publication 1075 (xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/pub/irs-pdf/p1075.pdf); Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration regulations on Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records, 42 CFR Part 2; and/or Criminal Justice Information Services, 28 CFR Part 20.

  • COVID-19 test means a viral test for SARS-CoV-2 that is:

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.

  • Data means all results, technical information and materials developed and/or obtained in the performance of the Services hereunder, including but not limited to all reports, survey and evaluation tools, surveys and evaluations, plans, charts, recordings (video and/or sound), pictures, curricula, electronically prepared presentations, public awareness or prevention campaign materials, drawings, analyses, graphic representations, computer programs and printouts, notes and memoranda, and documents, whether finished or unfinished, which result from or are prepared in connection with the Services performed hereunder.

  • Licensed Level means a) when referenced in the context of a Named User, the quantity of Metric for which each individual Named User category and type is licensed -and- b) when referenced in the context of a Package, the quantity of Metric for which each individual Package is licensed; and

  • Company Data means all data collected, generated, or received in connection with the marketing, delivery, or use of any Company Product, including Personal Data.

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.

  • Regulatory Information Service means a regulatory information service as defined in the FCA Handbook;

  • Test cycle means a sequence of test points each with a defined speed and torque to be followed by the engine under steady state (WHSC) or transient operating conditions (WHTC).

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • Source-image receptor distance means the distance from the source to the center of the input surface of the image receptor.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • DNA profile means a letter or number code which represents a set of identification characteristics of the non-coding part of an analysed human DNA sample, i.e. the particular molecular structure at the various DNA locations (loci);

  • Service Data has the meaning set forth in clause 5.7 of this Agreement.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • Performance Data means a rating, ranking, quotation, discussion or analysis regarding an aspect of the investment performance of an investment fund, an asset allocation service, a security, an index or a benchmark;

  • Development Data means all non-clinical, clinical, technical, chemical, safety, and scientific data and information and other results, including relevant laboratory notebook information, screening data, and synthesis schemes, including descriptions in any form, data and other information, in each case, that is generated by or resulting from or in connection with the conduct of Development of Products, to the extent that the same are Controlled by or in Adapt’s or its Affiliates’ or Adapt’s Commercial Sublicensees’ possession, and may be disclosed to Lightlake without violating any obligation under Applicable Law.

  • Financial exploitation means a breach of a fiduciary duty by an actor’s unauthorized expenditure of funds entrusted to the actor for the benefit of the vulnerable adult or by an actor’s failure to provide food, clothing, shelter, health care, therapeutic conduct or supervision, the failure of which results or is likely to result in detriment to the vulnerable adult. Financial exploitation also includes: the willful use, withholding or disposal of funds or property of a vulnerable adult; the obtaining of services for wrongful profit or advantage which results in detriment to the vulnerable adult; the acquisition of a vulnerable adult’s funds or property through undue influence, harassment, duress, deception or fraud; and the use of force, coercion, or enticement to cause a vulnerable adult to perform services against the vulnerable adult’s will for the profit or advantage of another.

  • Root Cause Analysis is the formal process, specified in the Policy and Procedures Manual, to be used by Supplier to diagnose problems at the lowest reasonable level so that corrective action can be taken that will eliminate, to the extent reasonably possible, repeat failures.

  • Personnel data means government data on individuals maintained because the individual is or was an employee or applicant for employment. For purposes of this policy, “employee” includes a volunteer or an independent contractor.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Covered information as used in this paragraph includes any and all information concerning a student by which a student may be individually identified and includes “Covered Information” as defined in 105 ILCS 85/5 as amended, “School Student Records” as defined in 105 ILCS 10/2 and “Personally Identifiable Information” as defined in 34 C.F.R. 99.3. For purposes of this Addendum Customer Personal Data (as defined in the Agreement) will have the same meaning as Covered information.
