All new Generation Resources shall conduct an AVR test as prescribed in paragraph (4) of Protocol Section 8.1.1.2.1.4, Voltage Support Service Qualification, within five years of the initial AVR test approved as part of the commissioning process.

For clarification, an Access Seeker may also seek the consent of the Access Provider to perform a Service Qualification on its own, and such consent must not be unreasonably withheld.
