Service Packet definition

Service Packet means the packet of documents to be served on a Claimant by the Commonwealth after a civil-forfeiture proceeding is initiated by the filing of a Forfeiture Petition. The Service Packet shall include:
Service Packet is the initial packet of material delivered to the purchaser that contains all the material and instructions needed to start the Service Plan.
