Service Order Agreement. The agreement under which all Service Orders are submitted to Comcast. Service Location(s): The Customer location(s) where Comcast provides the Services. For multi-tenant buildings, Service Location shall mean the customer’s leased and/or owned business space. Service Term: The duration of time (commencing on the Service Commencement Date) for which Services are ordered, as specified in a Service Order.   • Continuation of Service - Except as otherwise stated in this tariff or an SOA, at the expiration of the initial term specified in each Service Order Agreement, or in any extension thereof, service shall be renewed automatically for a one (1) year term upon written notification to the Customer 45 to 90 days prior to the expiration of the initial term, unless the Customer provides notice of intent not to renew such agreement at least 60 days prior to the end of the initial or any additional term.
