  • If a Customer cancels a Service Order Agreement or terminates services before the completion of the term for any reason whatsoever other than a Service Interruption, the Customer agrees to pay to the Company termination liability charges, as defined below.

  • Where such equipment is connected to the facilities furnished pursuant to this tariff, the responsibility of the Company shall be limited to the furnishing of facilities offered under this tariff or the Service Order Agreement, and to the maintenance and operation of such facilities.

  • Continuation of Service - Except as otherwise stated in this tariff or an SOA, at the expiration of the initial term specified in each Service Order Agreement, or in any extension thereof, service shall be renewed automatically for a one (1) year term upon written notification to the Customer 45 to 90 days prior to the expiration of the initial term, unless the Customer provides notice of intent not to renew such agreement at least 60 days prior to the end of the initial or any additional term.

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;
