Service Offering Description definition

Service Offering Description means the then-current version of the Dell document that describes the APEX Service You ordered. If there is no separate Dell document, the description in the APEX Console will apply.
Service Offering Description means the then-current version of the Dell document or portal/web page that describes the Service Offering You ordered; as revised by Dell from time to time.
Service Offering Description means the then-current version of the Supplier document that describes the Offering identified in a Quote or the Console. If there is no separate Supplier document, then the description in the Quote or the Console will apply. The clause of the CTS entitled “Product and Service Specific Terms” will not apply to Offerings ordered under these Cloud Terms.

  • Notwithstanding Clause 2.3 (Use and Ownership of the Service Offering), or the XXXX, if You are a partner in good standing in the Cloud Service Provider Track of the Dell Technologies Partner Program and unless prohibited by the Service Offering Description, then You shall be entitled to use the Service Offering, including any Software licensed by Dell, to provide services to Your End Users during the Subscription Term.

  • Dell will act as Your authorized data processor in respect of the data processing activities related to the Service Offering, as specified in the Agreement, the DPA and the Service Offering Description.

  • The scope and details of the Service Offering are provided in the Service Offering Description.

  • The ISMA and the applicable Service Offering Description define the administrative, physical, technical and other safeguards applied to Customer Content residing in the Service Offering.

  • An Order is confirmed upon the earlier of: (a) Dell’s written or electronic confirmation; or (b) as otherwise provided in the Service Offering Description.

  • The Service Offering Description will state when Dell will delete any Customer Content.

  • Except to the extent otherwise provided in the Service Offering Description, You are responsible for applying appropriate security measures to Customer Content which may include: (a) controlling access You provide to your personnel and/or End Users; (b) configuring the Service Offering appropriately; (c) securing Customer Content (e.g., through encryption) while it is in transit and at rest; and (d) backing up Customer Content consistent with the requirements of Clause 15.2 (Prevention and Mitigation).

  • The Service Offering includes the support and maintenance services described in the Service Offering Description (“Support Services”), if applicable.

  • You may access and use the Service Offering only: (a) during the Subscription Term; (b) for Your internal business purposes (which may include providing services to Your End Users if permitted in the Service Offering Description); and (c) in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Modifications may include optional new features for the Service Offering, which You may use subject to the then-current Service Offering Description or changes to components of the Service Offering.

Related to Service Offering Description

  • Service Offerings or “services” means the services specified in the Services Agreement.

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.

  • Notice Plan means the plan described in this Agreement for disseminating Notice to the Settlement Class Members of the terms of this Agreement and the Final Approval Hearing.

  • Last best offer package means the offer exchanged by parties not less than 14 days prior

  • Summary Plan Description or "SPD" means the Flexible Benefits Plan SPD and all appendices incorporated into and made a part of the SPD that is adopted by the Employer and attached to this Plan Document as Attachment I, as amended from time to time. The SPD and appendices are incorporated hereto by reference.

  • Current placement episode means the period of time that

  • continental shelf worker means a person who is employed, whether under a contract of service or not, in a designated area or a prescribed area in connection with any of the activities mentioned in section 11(2) of the Petroleum Act 1998;

  • Purchase Offer shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.25(a).

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.
