Service Load definition

Service Load means (i) all of Pepco's default service retail electric energy customers located in Pepco's service territory, as such territory exists on the Effective Date, in the District of Columbia, and (ii) the energy requirements of the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority in the Commonwealth of Virginia which Pepco is required to provide.
Service Load means (i) all of Pepco's default service retail electric energy customers located in Pepco's service territory, as such territory exists on the Effective Date, in the State of Maryland and (ii) qualifying facilities to which Pepco is obligated to sell energy pursuant to the rates and terms set forth in Pepco's qualifying facilities tariff on file with the Maryland Public Service Commission which is currently designated as MD-CG-SPP.
Service Load means live and dead loads as specified in these Technical Provisions without load factors.

Examples of Service Load in a sentence

  • Seller shall have the right to request and nominate ARRs if: (i) all Transactions for Default Service Load have been executed and are in full force and effect; and (ii) the Delivery Period under each Transaction Confirmation is inclusive of the PJM Planning Period for which the ARRs are being requested or nominated.

  • The MWh of Energy shall be equivalent to the product of Specified Percentage and the Default Service Load for the Customer Supply Group.

  • Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Seller acknowledges that Buyer makes no representation as to any amount of Default Service Load that may or may not be required during this Agreement.

  • Service Load: The load anticipated to be applied to the prestressed soil anchor during its service life after completing stressing and testing in order to limit deflection.

  • The actual Default Service Load for each Customer Group will depend upon many factors including, but not limited to, customer migration to EGSs and weather conditions.

  • Respondents to this RFP (“RFP Bidders”) are responsible for evaluating the uncertainties associated with Default Service Load for each of the Customer Groups.

  • Provided, however, that the identity of all (but no fewer than all) bidders who were awarded any load in the state may be released on a statewide basis on or after the first day of the service year, and that no winning bidder's name is to be associated with a particular PPL Electric Default Service Load.

  • This section contains a general description of the Default Service Load for each Customer Group, and a Default Service Supplier’s obligations.

  • As mentioned previously, PECO only has access to its own data and does not have access to any other data from other entities like EGSs, which means it can only provide PJM Billing data associated with its own Default Service Load.

  • A tranche represents a share of the Default Service Load for that Customer Group.

Related to Service Load

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Service Locations means those locations set forth on Exhibit B.

  • Service lateral means an underground facility that is used to transmit, distribute, or furnish gas, electricity, communications, or water from a common source to an end-use customer. A service lateral is also an underground facility that is used in the removal of wastewater from a customer’s premises.

  • Service Line means any electric supply line through which electricity is, or is intended to be, supplied:

  • Service Users has the same meaning as defined in the Service Agreement (Part A) – Standard Terms of Funding.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • New Service Customers means all customers that submit an Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request that is pending in the New Services Queue. New Service Request:

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Service User means the person directly receiving the Services provided by the Provider as specified in the Service Specifications and includes their Carer and Legal Guardian where appropriate Service Quality Performance Report means a report as described in Appendix J (Service Quality Performance Report)

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Service Desk means the single point of entry for all Service Tickets and Service Requests which can be accessed over the phone, by email or via our portal.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • The Services means those services ancillary to the supply of the Goods, such as transportation and insurance, and any other incidental services, such as installation, commissioning, provision of technical assistance, training, and other such obligations of the Supplier covered under the Contract.

  • Personal services contract means a contract that, by its express terms or as administered, makes the contractor per- sonnel appear to be, in effect, Government employees (see 37.104).

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Service dog means a dog that has been individually trained by an organization or person specializing in service dog training to perform a task to assist a person with a disability with a need related to their disability.

  • service supplier means any person that supplies a service;

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Carrier Access Billing System (“CABS”) is the system which is defined in a document prepared under the direction of the Billing Committee of the OBF. The CABS document is published by Telcordia in Volumes 1, 1A, 2, 3, 3A, 4 and 5 as Special Reports SR-OPT-001868, SR-OPT-0011869, SR-OPT-001871, SR-OPT- 001872, SR-OPT-001873, SR-OPT-001874, and SR-OPT-001875, respectively, and contains the recommended guidelines for the billing of access and other connectivity services. Sprint’s carrier access billing system is its Carrier Access Support System (CASS). CASS mirrors the requirements of CABS.

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Interconnection Provider means PacifiCorp Transmission.
