Service Life Policy definition

Service Life Policy has the meaning set forth in Clause 12.2.1.
Service Life Policy as defined in Clause 12.2. SFE – means Seller furnished equipment. Sharklets – a new large wingtip device, currently under development by Airbus, which is part of the New Engine Option.
Service Life Policy shall apply. Where more than one remedy or corrective action applies under the Service Life Policy, Seller shall not be obligated to provide to Purchaser a remedy or corrective action which duplicates coverage of any other remedy or corrective action provided under such Service Life Policy.
