Service List means the list of persons designated by the hearing officer or Clerk in a regulatory or adjudicatory proceeding upon whom parties or participants must serve motions, prefiled questions and prefiled testimony and any other documents that the parties or participants file with the Clerk unless the hearing officer otherwise directs. Enhanced 911 Service (“E911”) means a telephone communication service which will automatically route a call dialed “9-1-1” to a designated public safety answering point (PSAP) attendant and will provide to the attendant the calling party’s telephone number and, when possible, the address from which the call is being placed and the Emergency Response agencies responsible for the location from which the call was dialed.
Police Service ’ means the South African Police Service established in terms of section 5(1) of the South African Police Service Act;
Personal services contract means a contract that, by its express terms or as administered, makes the contractor per- sonnel appear to be, in effect, Government employees (see 37.104).
Additional Service means any Services/Deliverables within the scope of the Contract, but not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.
Provider agreement means the signed, written, contractual agreement between the department and the provider of services or goods.
Fair Use Policy means the fair use policy governing the Support Services attached in Exhibit 1, as may be amended by WSP from time to time.
Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;
Service Level Agreement (SLA means the Contractual Commitment that prevails between the Buyer and the Service Provider with regard to type of service to be provided, deliverables, desired performance level, reliability and responsiveness, monitoring process and service level reporting, response and issue resolution time-frame, repercussions / penalties / remedies for service provider not meeting its commitment. The SLA of a particular contract may carry the matrix regarding the delivery of the goods and/or services and the corresponding penalties or remedies and liquidated damages as applicable.
Local Service Provider (LSP means the LEC that provides retail local Exchange Service to an End User. The LSP may or may not provide any physical network components to support the provision of that End User’s service.
Switched Access Service means an offering of facilities for the purpose of the origination or termination of traffic from or to Exchange Service customer in a given area pursuant to a Switched Access tariff. Switched Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 800 Series, and 900 access. Switched Access does not include traffic exchanged between LECs for purpose of local exchange interconnection.
Local Service Ordering Guide or "LSOG" is a document developed by the OBF to establish industry-wide ordering and Billing processes for ordering local services.
System Life means all phases of the system's development, production, or support.
Account Information Service Provider means a payment service provider pursuing business activities as referred to in point (8) of Annex I;
Service dog means a dog that has been individually trained by an organization or person specializing in service dog training to perform a task to assist a person with a disability with a need related to their disability.
Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.
