Service IP definition

Service IP means any Intellectual Property created by the Supplier and its Employees during the course of providing the Services or executing the Project and excludes the Supplier’s pre-existing Intellectual Property rights;
Service IP has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a).

More Definitions of Service IP

Service IP has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03(b).
Service IP means all Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Services, including the Website and all materials on the Website;
Service IP means all Intellectual Property Rights in any works or materials created in the course of performing the Services, including any analyses, compilations, studies, templates or other documents prepared by the Contractor for or on behalf of the Principal (and excludes the Contractor IP and the Principal IP).
Service IP shall have the meaning specified in Section 5.2(j) of the Agreement.

Related to Service IP

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • Developed Technology means any Technology including, without limitation, any enhancements, substitutions or improvements to the Core Technology that is (a) discovered, developed or otherwise acquired by DURA pursuant to the terms of the Development Agreement or (b) otherwise acquired by or on behalf of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Corp. II during the term of the Development Agreement.

  • Licensed IP means the Licensed Patents and the Licensed Know-How.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.
