Service Improvement Plan. "Service Levels" means a Service Improvement Plan provided by the Service Provider to the Customer in accordance with Schedule 8 hereto; means any service levels applicable to the provision of the Services as referred to in paragraph 4.3 of the Order Form and as set out at Schedule 8 of this Call Off Contract;
