Service Guides definition

Service Guides are documents containing the descriptions, pricing and other terms and conditions for a Service not covered by a Pricing Schedule or Tariff. Service Guides may be found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxx or upon specific request.
Service Guides are documents that contain the standard description, prices, and other terms and conditions for Services that are not contained in a Guidebook or a Tariff. You can find AT&T’s Service Guides at xxx.xxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. If You do not have access to the Internet, You may call an AT&T representative at the number that appears on Your billing statement for a copy of the Service Guide(s) that apply to Your Service(s). AT&T reserves the right to modify the Service Guides from time-to-time by the methods described elsewhere in this Agreement; You should regularly review the Service Guides for Your Service(s) to ensure You are familiar with the current controlling terms and conditions.
Service Guides means the documentation issued by TN from time to time describing the Services;

Examples of Service Guides in a sentence

  • Our Rules and Regulations, Service Guides and Rate Schedules contain the specific prices and charges, service descriptions and other terms and conditions not set forth herein which apply to Service.

Service Guides. (“Guides”). The Claro Enterprise Solutions Service Guides include prices, service descriptions and other terms pertaining to Your Services. This Agreement incorporates by reference the terms of each such Tariff and Service Guide. The contractual relationship between Claro Enterprise Solutions and You shall be governed by the following order of precedence: (a) Tariffs, to the extent applicable; (b) the provisions of this Agreement; and (c) the Service Guides.   • User Guides means Sprinklr materials made available to Customer through the support portal to assist users of the Platform, as such materials may be updated during the Term.

  • Service Descriptions means user manuals and other documentation relating to the Services that are made available to Customer by Provider in digital or hardcopy form, as updated from time to time.

  • 2%/25% Guidelines has the meaning set forth in Section 13.

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.
