Service Error definition

Service Error means any failure of any Hosted Service to be Available or otherwise perform in accordance with this Schedule.

• The State will classify its requests for Service Error corrections in accordance with the descriptions set forth in the chart below (each a “Support Request”).

More Definitions of Service Error

Service Error means any failure of any Hosted Service to be Available or otherwise perform in accordance with this Agreement and the Specifications.
