Service Disruption definition

Service Disruption means any of the following conditions
Service Disruption means a delay to one or more trains due to the following causes: Emergencies, wrecks, derailments, fires, fatalities, injuries, serious mechanical problems, or other disruptions that cause a significant impact on service.
Service Disruption means the occurrence of one or more events which either separately or cumulatively, result in a failure of, or disruption to, any element of the Services;

Examples of Service Disruption in a sentence

  • The legal remedies outlined in Clause13.4 and Clause 21.4b) constitute all legal remedies available to Customer in relation to a Service Disruption and any failure by Leaseweb to meet the agreed Service Levels.

  • Leaseweb fails to remedy a Service Disruption that results in the Service provided under the Sales Contract being fully unavailable or unusable, within thirty (30) days after having received a prior Notification of Customer’s intention to terminate.

  • Immediately on becoming aware of a Service Disruption, Customer shall notify Leaseweb by e-mail and by telephone of the Service Disruption and shall provide Leaseweb with the appropriate information in accordance with Chapter B of the Support and Service Levels.

More Definitions of Service Disruption

Service Disruption means an interruption or degradation in the provision of one or more Services by NOVOSERVE to CLIENT, provided that such interruption or degradation is not the result of an Exclusions. Service Credit means a credit, calculated per the SLA Agreement, applied to CLIENT’s account, and used as a credit against future invoices.
Service Disruption means any of the following conditions where the condition substantially affects or is likely to substantially affect any guest’s use of a room or utilization of a hotel service1; provided that conditions described in paragraphs (2), (6) and (7) of this definition shall be presumed to substantially affect a guest’s use of a room or utilization of a hotel service1:

Service Disruption means the planned or temporary disruption of goods, services or facilities operated or provided by the City of Kitchener including but not limited to washroom facilities, elevators and websites.
Service Disruption means the time in which the Service is unavailable arising from causes beyond the reasonable direct control of Precisely, such as the interruption or failure of telecommunications or digital transmission links, hostile network attacks, results from any actions or inactions of Client, Client’s (or any third party engaged by Client) failure to adhere to the best practices or recommendation or any applicable Requirements Checklists listed in the Documentation; or a Force Majeure event as described in the Agreement.
Service Disruption means an interruption, suspension or degradation in the provision of one or more Services by FiberRing to Customer. Services Schedule shall mean the respective documents for the Orders that specify the Services provided by FiberRing, the manner in which the Services are to be used, and the applicable service level metrics. Services shall mean the services to be provided by FiberRing to Customer, as agreed in an Order Form, and as further specified in the Service Schedule. Service Credit shall mean a credit of the monthly recurring Service Charges, as further specified in the relevant Services Schedule. Term means the Initial Term and all Renewal Term(s), if applicable.
