Service Assignment definition

Service Assignment means a request (whether express or implied) for Services provided to a Consumer (including any time frames and dates on which the Services are to be performed) and, unless contrary to the context, includes an Urgent Service Assignment and a Consumer Service Assignment (that has been approved by the Principal in accordance with clause 4.2(c)).
