Service Agent’s Account means an account at a bank designated by Service Agent from time to time as the account into which the Loan Parties shall make all payments to Service Agent under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
Agent’s Account means the Deposit Account of Agent identified on Schedule A-1.
Administrative Agent’s Account means, for each Currency, an account in respect of such Currency designated by the Administrative Agent in a notice to the Borrower and the Lenders.
Administrative Agent Account an account designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time.
Agent Account means an account in the name of the Agent designated by the Agent to the Borrower from time to time into which the Borrower shall make all payments to the Agent, for the account of the Agent or the Lenders, as the case may be, under this Agreement.
JetBrains Account or “JBA” means an account at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx created by Customer, having a unique name and password, and through which Customer has access to Products in accordance with a Toolbox Subscription.
Disbursement Account means, in respect of each Tranche, the bank account set out in the most recent List of Authorised Signatories and Accounts.
Omnibus Account means any Shareholder Account the record owner of which is a registered broker-dealer which has agreed with the Transfer Agent to provide sub-transfer agent functions relating to each Sub-shareholder Account within such Shareholder Account as contemplated by this Schedule I in respect of each of the Funds.
Commercial account means an arrangement whereby a retail distributor sells hazardous chemicals to an employer, generally in large quantities over time and/or at costs that are below the regular retail price.
Borrower’s Account shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.8.
Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.
Savings Account means an account, which is based on Mudarabah and its profit shall be calculated based on the profit earned on any balance maintained above the minimum threshold or average threshold (as may be agreed upon with the Bank).
Funds Account means an account held by you or any third parties maintained with any Participant.
Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.
Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).
In-Service Account means a separate account to be kept for each Participant that has elected to take in-service distributions as described in Section 5.4. The In-Service Account shall be adjusted in the same manner and at the same time as the Deferred Compensation Account under Section 8 and in accordance with the rules and elections in effect under Section 8.
Participating Account a separate account investing all or a portion of its assets in the Trust, including the Account.
Segregated Account means a client bank account as defined by and held in accordance with the Applicable Regulations.
Lender’s Account means the account identified in Schedule L-1.
Debt Service Account means the Debt Service Account for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 (within the Bond and Interest Fund) created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.
Designated Account Property The Designated Accounts, all cash, investments, Financial Assets, securities and investment property held from time to time in any Designated Account (whether in the form of deposit accounts, Physical Property, book-entry securities, Uncertificated Securities or otherwise), including the Reserve Account Deposit, and all proceeds of the foregoing but excluding all Investment Earnings thereon.
Agency Account means any deposit account opened on the books of a Subcustodian or other banking institution in accordance with Section 7.1.
Administrative Agent's Payment Office means the address for payments set forth on the signature pages hereof in relation to the Administrative Agent or such other address as the Administrative Agent may from time to time specify in accordance with Section 10.01.
Collections Account has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.01(a) hereof.
Administrative Agent Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(b).
Blocked Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(a)(ii).
Disbursement Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.
