Server Product definition

Server Product means a Product that resides on a server and provides functionality that Users access by connecting to the server using client applications or mobile applications. Such server may reside: i) on a Server Product deployed behind Subscriber’s firewall and/or within Subscriber’s network, ii) on a Server Product licensed by an external organization, or iii) by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ as a cloud-based service.

Server Product means the components of the Licensed Products executing on the computers acting as a host system for any AOL Services. Functions provided by the Server Product include, exchanging information with the Client Product, storing information, exchanging information with third party services via gateways, and administering such AOL Services.

Server Product refers to the separately purchased Oracle Pillar Axiom 600 and/or Oracle FS system storage array product which You are an authorized user of pursuant to the terms of the Server Product Agreement. “Server Product Agreement” refers to the Oracle agreement for the Server Product. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive and procedural laws of the United States and the State of California, except that body of California law concerning conflicts of law.
