Sertanejo Charter Agreement means the shuttle tanker time charter agreement dated June 21, 2011 between Sertanejo Spirit and the Charterer, as guaranteed by the Charter Guarantor, and as amended or supplemented from time to time.
Charter Agreement means an agreement made in accordance with Section 53G-5-303 that authorizes the operation of a charter school.
CFA Charter means the charter earned through the Chartered Financial Analyst program prepared and administered by the CFA Institute and so named on the day this Instrument comes into force, and every program that preceded that program, or succeeded that program, that does not have a significantly reduced scope and content when compared to the scope and content of the first-mentioned program;
Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.
Charter Assignment means a specific assignment of each Extended Employment Contract required to be executed hereunder by any Borrower in favour of the Security Trustee (including any notices and/or acknowledgements and/or undertakings associated therewith) in such form as the Agent and the Majority Lenders may require in their sole discretion;
Time Charter means the hire of a Vessel by which the charterer obtains possession and control of the Vessel for an agreed period of time or an agreed voyage.

Community Charter means the Community Charter, S.B.C. 2003, c. 26, as may be amended or replaced from time to time;
Common Billing Agreement means an agreement between the Appointee and any other person under which that person has undertaken to pay, on terms agreed between them, charges for water supply or sewerage services, or both, in respect of two or more Houses which have a common Supply Pipe and which, in any case where that agreement relates to one of those services only, are also subject to a similar agreement for common billing between that person and the undertaker providing the other service;
Operating Agreement means this Operating Agreement as originally executed and as amended from time to time.
Farm-Out Agreement means a Farm-In Agreement, viewed from the standpoint of the party that transfers an ownership interest to another.
Company Charter Documents means the Company’s certificate of incorporation and bylaws, each as amended to the date of this Agreement.
Side Agreement means the Side Agreement for Transfer Agency Services between the Customer and Transfer Agent dated as of January 1, 2015.
SCM Agreement means the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures, contained in Annex 1A to the WTO Agreement;
Asset Management Agreement means, as the context requires, any agreement entered into between a Series and an Asset Manager pursuant to which such Asset Manager is appointed as manager of the relevant Series Assets, as amended from time to time.
Enterprise Agreement means an agreement certified under the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth) or approved under the Industrial Relations Act 1996 (NSW).
Network Operating Agreement means an executed agreement that contains the terms and conditions under which the Network Customer shall operate its facilities and the technical and operational matters associated with the implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Charter contract means a fixed term, renewable contract between a charter school and an authorizer that outlines the roles, powers, responsibilities, and performance expectations for each party to the contract.
Training Agreement means an agreement registered under the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1985.
Hotel Management Agreement means any hotel management agreement relating to the management and operation of the Real Property together with all supplements, amendments and modifications thereto.
Co-operation Agreement means the agreement between the Exchange and Oslo Børs with regards to the access to the Linked Order Book;
Factoring Agreement means an agreement by and between a Borrower or a Subsidiary of a Borrower and a Factoring Company pursuant to which a Borrower or such Subsidiary shall, pursuant to customary terms for the size and type of transaction involved, sell, transfer and assign its rights, title and interests in certain accounts receivable, specifically identified therein, to a Factoring Company.
Netting agreement means a netting agreement, master netting agreement or other similar document having the same effect as a netting agreement or master netting agreement and, as applicable, any collateral annex, security agreement or other similar document related to any master netting agreement or Permitted Contract.
Shareholder Agreement has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
SPS Agreement means the Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures which is a part of the WTO Agreement; Subheading means the first six digits in the tariff classification number under the HS; Territory means:
Charter Documents means, with respect to any entity, the certificate of incorporation, the articles of incorporation, by-laws, articles of organization, limited liability company agreement, partnership agreement, formation agreement, joint venture agreement or other similar organizational documents of such entity (in each case, as amended).
PJM Operating Agreement means the Amended and Restated Operating Agreement of PJM or the successor, superseding or amended versions of the Amended and Restated Operating Agreement that may take effect from time to time.
