Series Securities definition

Series Securities means the Series [ ] Preferred Securities and the Series [ ] Common Securities.
Series Securities means the Series ______ Notes and the Series ______ Certificates.
Series Securities has the meaning provided in Section 4.1.

  • In the absence of any such specification with respect to the Securities of any Series, Securities shall be issuable in denominations of $1,000 and any integral multiple thereof, and interest shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months.

  • Series A Junior Securities means any class or series of Partnership Interests that, with respect to distributions on such Partnership Interests and distributions upon liquidation of the Partnership, ranks junior to the Series A Preferred Units, including Common Units and Non-Voting Common Units, but excluding any Series A Parity Securities and Series A Senior Securities.

  • Conversion Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 4.08(b).
