After making the payments provided for in this subsection (b), the balance, if any, remaining in the Series Revenue Account shall be retained therein, or, at the written direction of an Authorized Officer to the Trustee, transferred into the Series Redemption Account.
If, after such amounts have been withdrawn, paid and provided for as provided above, any amounts remain in the Series Revenue Account, such amounts shall be disbursed to the Issuer on written request of an Authorized Officer and applied to pay the operating and administrative costs and expenses of the Issuer.
The Issuer shall authorize the withdrawal, from time to time, from the Series Revenue Account of an amount sufficient to pay the fees and charges of the Trustee, Escrow Agent, Bond Registrar, and Paying Agent, when due.
