Series J Preferred Units definition

Series J Preferred Units means the Partnership's 7.95% Series J Cumulative Redeemable Partnership Units.

Series J Preferred Units shall have the meaning set forth in Section 25.1.

Series J Preferred Units means the series of preferred units of the Partnership designated as Series J Preferred Units having such designations, preferences and other rights described in Schedule I.

Examples of Series J Preferred Units in a sentence

• No sinking fund shall be established for the retirement or redemption of Series J Preferred Units.

• The Series J Preferred Units shall be subject to the provisions of Article 11 hereof; provided, however, that the Series J Preferred Units shall not be subject to the right of first refusal of the General Partner as described in Section 11.3 hereof.

• Holders of Series J Preferred Units shall not be entitled to any distributions, whether payable in cash, other property or otherwise, in excess of the full cumulative distributions described herein.

• After payment of the full amount of the liquidating distributions to which they are entitled, Holders of Series J Preferred Units will have no right or claim to any of the remaining assets of the Partnership.

• If fewer than all of the outstanding Series J Preferred Units are to be redeemed, the Series J Preferred Units to be redeemed shall be selected pro rata (as nearly as practicable without creating fractional units).

Series J Preferred Units means the Partnership’s 7.95% Series J Cumulative Redeemable Partnership Units.

Series J Preferred Units means the series of Partnership Units established pursuant to the Thirteenth Amendment to this Partnership Agreement, representing units of Limited Partnership Interest designated as the Series J Preferred Units, with the preferences, rights, voting powers, restrictions, limitations as to distributions, qualifications and terms and conditions of redemption, repurchase and conversion as described herein.

Series J Preferred Units means the series of Partnership Units representing units of Limited Partnership Interest designated as the 6.3% Series J Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Units (Liquidation Preference $25.00 per share), with the preferences, liquidation and other rights, voting powers, restrictions, limitations as to distributions, qualifications and terms and conditions of redemption of units as described herein.
