Examples of Series F Bonds in a sentence
In July 2017, Cordova Funding Corporation redeemed the remaining $89 million of its 8.48% to 9.07% Series A Senior Secured Bonds due December 2019, CE Generation, LLC redeemed the remaining $51 million of its 7.416% Senior Secured Bonds due December 2018, and Salton Sea Funding Corporation redeemed the remaining $20 million of its 7.475% Senior Secured Series F Bonds due November 2018, each at redemption prices determined in accordance with the terms of the respective indentures.
The Series F Bonds so purchased, while held by or on behalf of the Issuer or any member of the Group, shall not entitle the holder to vote at any meetings of the Series F Bondholders and shall not be deemed to be outstanding for the purpose of calculating quorums at meetings of the Series F Bondholders for the purposes of Condition 12.1.
The Series F Bonds are issued in registered form, serially numbered and in principal amounts of€100,000 each ("Authorised Denominations").
The provisions of this Condition 7 shall not apply in respect of any payments of interest which fall due after the relevant Tax Redemption Date in respect of any Series F Bonds which are the subject of a Series F Bondholder election pursuant to Condition 5.3.
The current refunding of the Series F Bonds, however, is more sensitive to changes in the market and will continue to be monitored for savings up until pricing of the Bonds at which time the Borrower will decide whether to proceed with the refunding of the Series F Bonds.
