Series D Purchase Price definition

Series D Purchase Price means the per share price of US$1.1173, at which the Investor has agreed to purchase, and the Company has agreed to sell and issue, the Series D Preferred Shares under this Agreement.
Series D Purchase Price means the Series D Purchase Price as defined in the Share Purchase Agreement.
