Series C Stock definition

Series C Stock means shares of the Company’s Series C Preferred Stock, par value $0.001 per share.
Series C Stock means the Company’s Series C Convertible Preferred Stock, $0.001 par value per share, as presently constituted under the Charter, and any other class, series or other designation of security into or for which such Series C Convertible Preferred Stock is converted, substituted or exchanged pursuant to a reorganization, reclassification, recapitalization or similar transaction.
Series C Stock means the series of Preferred Stock authorized and designated as Series C Convertible Preferred Stock at the date of the Certificate, including any shares thereof authorized and designated after the date of the Certificate.

Examples of Series C Stock in a sentence

  • The Company shall at all times reserve and keep available out of its authorized but unissued shares of Common Stock, solely for the purpose of effecting the conversion of the shares of the Series C Stock, such number of its shares of Common Stock as shall from time to time be sufficient to effect the conversion of all outstanding shares of the Series C Stock.
