Series Balance definition

Series Balance means, with respect to any Series, as of any date of determination, the outstanding principal balance of such Series on such date after giving effect to any payments made on or before such date for all or any portion of the principal of such Series.
Series Balance with respect to any Series means, as of any date of determination, the outstanding principal balance of such Series on such date after giving effect to (a) any payments (including from the proceeds of any applicable Enhancement) made on or before such date for all or any portion of the principal of such Series and (b) the cancellation of all or any portion of the principal of such Series as a result of Alliance acquiring any interest therein and electing to have such principal amount canceled as specified in “Optional Redemption” below.
Series Balance means, with respect to any Series, as of any date of determination, the Initial Series Balance thereof reduced by: (a) all payments (including from the proceeds of any applicable Enhancement) of principal made on or before such date with respect thereto and (b) the principal amount of such Series that has been cancelled as a result of the Bank acquiring any interest therein and electing to have such principal amount cancelled as set forth in Section 2.8(b) of the Indenture.
