Series B Holders definition

Series B Holders means the holders of Series B Preferred Shares.

Series B Holders shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.

• The Series B Preferred Units and the Series B Holders shall not have any designations, preferences, rights, powers or duties, other than as set forth in this Agreement or as provided by applicable law.

• The Series B Holders shall consult with the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee (which may delegate such consultation to the Committee Chairperson and/or the Chief Executive Officer of the Company) regarding the names, backgrounds and qualifications of the persons to be nominated as Series B Directors after considering the Company’s Corporate Governance Guidelines (as made publicly available from time to time).

More Definitions of Series B Holders

Series B Holders means the holders of the Series B shares of Holdings. As of the Closing Date, the Series B Holders are set forth on Schedule 3 hereto.
