Series A Indenture definition

Series A Indenture means the convertible debenture indenture dated May 18, 2017 between the Company and the Debenture Trustee with respect to the Series A Debentures.
Series A Indenture means the Indenture, dated as of August 1, 2003, among the Borrower, the guarantors named therein and Bank One N.A., as trustee, governing the terms of the Series A Notes.
Series A Indenture means the Indenture, of even date herewith, under which the Series A Notes are issued, as amended or supplemented from time to time.

Series A Indenture means the Indenture dated as of November 4, 1996, among the Company, Series A Stockholder and The First National Bank of Chicago, as supplemented, relating to the Series A Notes.
