Series A Certificate definition

Series A Certificate means the Corporation’s Certificate of Designation of Preferences, Rights and Limitations of 10% Convertible Preferred Stock of the Corporation, filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on April 30, 2012, as amended from time to time.

Series A Certificate means the Certificate of Designation of Series and Determination of Rights and Preferences of Series A Convertible Preferred Stock of the Company as the terms thereof may be amended from time to time.

Series A Certificate means this Certificate of Designation of Series A Convertible Preference Shares, as it may be amended from time to time.

More Definitions of Series A Certificate

Series A Certificate means that certain Certificate of Designations, Preferences and Rights of the Series A Convertible Preferred Stock of True Drinks Holdings, Inc. (now known as Charlie's Holdings, Inc.) as in effect as of the date of this Agreement.
