Series 2015-1 Trustee definition

Series 2015-1 Trustee s Fees” means, for any Distribution Date during the Series 2015-1 Rapid Amortization Period on which there exists a Series 2015-1 Lease Interest Payment Deficit, a portion of the fees payable to the Trustee in an amount equal to the product of (i) the Series 2015-1 Percentage as of the beginning of the Series 2015-1 Interest Period ending on the day preceding such Distribution Date and (ii) the fees owing to the Trustee under the Indenture; provided, however, that the Series 2015-1 Trustee’s Fees in the aggregate for all Distribution Dates shall not exceed 1.1% of the Series 2015-1 Required AESOP I Operating Lease Vehicle Amount as of the last day of the Series 2015-1 Revolving Period.

Related to Series 2015-1 Trustee

  • Series 2015 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2015B Bonds, Series 2015C Bonds and Series 2015D Bonds.

  • Note A-3 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-3 PSA.

  • Supplemental Interest Trust Trustee Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., a national banking association, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as supplemental interest trust trustee, and any successor thereto.

  • Note A-4 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-4 PSA.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the Series 2020A Bonds and the Series 2020B Bonds.

  • Class A-PO Certificateholder The registered holder of a Class A-PO Certificate.

  • NIM Trustee The trustee for the NIM Securities.

  • Note A-2 Trust Fund means the trust formed pursuant to the Note A-2 PSA.

  • Noteholder Servicing Fee is defined in Section 3.1.

  • Class B Trustee Class C Certificate", "Class C Certificateholder", "Class C Trust", "Class C Trustee", "Class D Certificate" and "Class D Trust", shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Indenture Trustee Fee means a fee that is separately agreed to between the Master Servicer and the Indenture Trustee.

  • Class A-3 Certificateholder The registered holder of a Class A-3 Certificate.

  • Owner Trustee Fee means an annual fee equal to $3,000, payable on the Payment Date occurring in August of each year, commencing in August 2024.

  • Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee With respect to each Mortgage Loan and for any Distribution Date, an amount accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period at the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee Rate on, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Cut-Off Date Balance of such Mortgage Loan and, in the case of any subsequent Distribution Date, the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan as of the close of business on the Distribution Date in the related Interest Accrual Period; provided that such amounts shall be computed for the same period and on the same interest accrual basis respecting which any related interest payment due or deemed due on the related Mortgage Loan is computed and shall be prorated for partial periods. For the avoidance of doubt, the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee shall be payable from the Lower-Tier REMIC.

  • Class A-1 Certificateholder The registered holder of a Class A-1 Certificate.

  • Class A Certificateholder means the Person in whose name a Class A Certificate is registered in the Certificate Register.
