Series 2012-2 Collateral definition

Series 2012-2 Collateral means the Collateral, each Series 2012-2 Letter of Credit, each Series 2012-2 Demand Note, the Series 2012-2 Distribution Account Collateral, the Series 2012-2 Cash Collateral Account Collateral and the Series 2012-2 Reserve Account Collateral.
Series 2012-2 Collateral means (a) all Collections on the Receivables allocated to the Series 2012-2 Noteholders, (b) all security entitlements relating to the Series 2012-2 Accounts and the property deposited in or credited to any of the Series 2012-2 Accounts, (c) all present future claims, demands, causes in action and choses in action in respect of the foregoing, and (d) all payments on and proceeds of the foregoing.
Series 2012-2 Collateral means the Collateral, each Series 2012-2 Letter of Credit, each Series 2012-2 Demand Note, the Series 2012-2 Distribution Account Collateral, the Class A/B Cash Collateral Account Collateral, the Class C Cash Collateral Account Collateral, the Class A/B Reserve Account Collateral and the Class C Reserve Account Collateral.
